Renew protection before wear reached the timber
The existing floor did not need to be stripped back through full sanding. An inspection-led screen and recoat could refresh the protective surface with less disruption for a busy community setting.

The large floor area was cleaned before surface preparation.

The coating was screened to create a consistent key.
